**Your new company**
Our client is an intergenerational sovereign wealth fund located in Melbourne CBD. They are looking for 3 Corporate Receptionists to join their team at their stunning office in the CBD.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all customers and stakeholders. Day-to-day you will be:
- Greet external visitors on arrival and assist with check in to visitor management system
- Manage coat room
- Escort visitors to meeting rooms
- Collect coffee orders and prepare in the kitchen
- Deliver orders to meeting rooms
- Set up or set down combined meeting rooms
- Ensure meeting room is prepared with water, tissues, hand sanitiser, wipes and anything else requested by host prior to the start of each meeting
- Ensure meeting room is tidied and a surface clean conducted at the end of each meeting
- Assist with any requests from hosts prior to or during the meeting
- Assist with any events being hosted by Business Services
- General receptionist duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Looking for someone that has high attention to details
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability work in a team as well as autonomously
- Enthusiastic with a willing to lean attitude
- Experience in working with external consultants, to deliver high quality results to internal stakeholders
- Professional approach
- Agile
**What you'll get in return**
$60k to $70k + Super; supportive team, and social catch ups
