Leading Company are seeking an Administration Team Leader to coordinate a team of administration staff for their back-office operations in their Darra Office. The role is supporting the administration team but also having a hands-on approach, handling various administration tasks including invoicing, payroll, data entry and purchase orders.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Advise and support the administration team
- Direct and execute workflows
- Reporting with a strong excel focus
- Assist team with processes including payroll and invoicing
- Assist with Customer Queries
- Compliance Management
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Liaise with internal parties - shared services etc
- Implement and update Administration Processes and Procedures

**About You**:

- Strong Leadership skills - prior experience supervising a team
- A high degree of Customer Focus
- Experience in Payroll would be advantageous
- Accounting knowledge
- Good business sense and a professional manner
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is efficient and organised, with the ability to prioritise workload
- A quick learner with a “can do attitude”
- Strong Excel and Word Skills
- Drivers Licence required

The role will require occasional travel within Queensland to other offices where some of the teams are based.
