As a Compliance Business Partner, you will provide specialised advice and professional support for the development, implementation and reporting of the Risk and Compliance framework across the organisation.

Based at our Kent Town Head Office and reporting to the Head of Risk and Compliance, you will collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop and implement compliance strategies, policies, and procedures. Day
- to-day activities will include:
- Conducting compliance reviews and providing advice training and support to Operational Managers to maintain compliance with SYC quality systems.
- Managing the ongoing update and maintenance of the Contract Management Database
- Working in partnership with Operations to implement new services, or variations against existing services, to meet all compliance requirements.
- Supporting the management of controlled documentation in accordance with SYC’s Document Management System.
- Identifying compliance requirements and developing an Assurance Schedule to effectively monitor and assess compliance with these requirements.
**About You**
As someone who has knowledge and experience in writing high quality processes, procedures, and associated documentation. You will also be a highly motivated professional with a passion for compliance. To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence to make sound judgements, based on thorough monitoring and analysis, problem-solving, innovation and evidence-based practice.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
- The ability to manage varying tasks and competing priorities.
- The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
**For this role you will need to**:
- Complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
- Be eligible to work in Australia
