**About the role:
- **
This position works closely with stakeholders across their organisation to design and implement their Organisation Development initiatives and learning solutions. This role ensures the success of the company’s Organisation Development strategic plan and leads in the execution of the key strategic initiatives to build their workforce capability.
**Some Key Responsibility Areas:
- **
- Strategic organisational development.
- Provide support to the Group Manager**, **Recruitment & Capability in the development of the OD strategic
- Lead the execution and operation of key strategic OD
- Support the development of organisational capability through the design, implementation and continuous improvement of learning initiatives, with a focus on Leadership
- Oversee needs analysis and strategic learning assessments.
- Analyse, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs through multiple channels (face to face, workshop, virtual and online learning).
- Work collaboratively to support team effectiveness through consultation and facilitation of leadership and team building
- Oversee life cycle management of learning
- Source external vendors, as needed, and lead negotiations and
- Manage budget for learning
- Facilitate learning
- Build and maintain strong partnerships to ensure alignment between the business areas, the line functions and
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Business Specialists to identify, design and deliver bespoke training as
- Engage, advise, coach and partner with the organisation and individuals to generate positive
- Develop standardised learning management processes and procedures, templates, and
- Ensure that all training is tracked and maintained in the Learning Management System.
**What you look like’ and need to demonstrate to be successful’.**
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Leadership &/or Management.
- Significant experience in an organisation development and/ or learning business partnering role in a medium to large organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in Instructional Design including use of design tools and experience in Human Resources & Learning Management systems.
- Experience in leadership learning and development with the ability to develop and implement leadership strategies.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills and sound interpersonal skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Diploma in Training Design & Development is desirable.
