The City of Perth Parks Team is responsible for the preservation and management of 120 hectares of open parkland, including reserves, heritage gardens, pocket parks and streetscapes, all in a CBD environment. We are seeking two motivated and proactive Parks Operators to join our Parks maintenance team.
As the Parks Operator, you will support the City by:
- Actively assisting with the establishment and maintenance of day-to-day horticultural, landscaping and turf management, while operating under the general direction of the Team Leader.
- Providing feedback on any faults/accidents or machinery maintenance requirements to the Supervisor or Team Leader.
- Operating a wide range of horticultural equipment and machinery, with the understanding that Occupational Health and Safety is your highest priority.
