- Looking for an opportunity to provide meaningful contribution to many interesting content projects, including the redesign of of several websites and onboarding of a new content management system?_

Fantastic 12 month non-ongoing position, with the possibility to become ongoing. Canberra central location with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. Attractive APS 6 rate negotiable commensurate with experience.

**Key Duties**:

- Design content for key websites that meets user needs, is structured to reflect how users read online and mobile devices
- Write user stories, map journeys, pair writing, using analytics, conduct user research
- Contribute to content management activities
- Manage content activities and workflows effectively, adopting and supporting team tools and processes
- Contribute to a positive team culture in an Agile setting
- Use digital workplace tools including Azure DevOps, Miro and MS Teams and Webex

**What we are looking for**
- Australian citizenship
- Proven experience designing user-centred content for websites
- Demonstrated experience in providing accessibility advice to stakeholders and SMEs
- Demonstrated ability to design user-centred website content that is expressed in plain language, accessible, inclusive and searchable
- Experience in user research, particularly Google Analytics, to inform content decisions and tell success stories
- Experience working in an Agile setting
- Experience using the Australian Government Style Manual
