**Your new company**

As an experienced Content Designer, you will join a large Federal Government Department that works to connect and enrich every Australian community, underpinning our economy and society, and empowering our regions. This Department provides policy advice and delivers programs, projects and services, supporting our regions, cities and territories.

**Your new role**

You will join a high-performing multidisciplinary team to undertake detailed design and implementation of four key work packages. As the Content Designer you will:

- Develop clear strategies that define the service offer, including delivery standards, metrics, service delivery culture and roles and responsibilities
- Review content to make sure it's accurate, relevant, and matches the Department’s style guide as well as Accessibility standards

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this team, you will have:

- Experience across a range of design tools, such as Adobe, Figma, Miro etc
- Demonstrated understanding of Accessibility
- Experience working within a highly collaborative MDT
- An understanding and/or experience of human-centred design principles and ways of working

**What you'll get in return**

- 1 WFH day a week
- As a HAYS contractor, you will receive ongoing support from a specialised consultant throughout your assignment, gaining valuable market insights and updates.
