Step into a dynamic role as our ANZ Change Lead, collaborating with executive leaders across the business. You'll drive a diverse array of impactful projects, including IT transformation, People & Culture programs, and operational improvements.
- Leveraging your change expertise to drive **transformational projects** and achieve impactful results.
- Applying** strong project management s**kills to handle scheduling and budgeting, ensuring smooth execution across initiatives.
- ** Influencing** and **engaging** with senior leadership to align their support with strategic goals.
- Building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
- Adapting with agility to a** global environment**, working flexible hours while maintaining high delivery standards.

**Qualifications**

- 5-10 years of experience in** transformation project**, with practical knowledge of methodologies, theories, and driving change initiatives.
- Strong project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities, especially with senior leadership.
- Great interpersonal skills for making team members feel valued and heard.
- Flexibility and agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including being open and flexible to collaborate across different time zones
- Open to travel
