**About this role**
At NCI, our clients are at the centre of everything we do. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced **Client Service Manager (CSM)**, to take over an existing portfolio of clients within Queensland. This role is key in ensuring exceptional service, maintaining client relationships and renewing policies as well as identifying opportunities for cross-selling. Based out of the Brisbane CBD, our QLD team is close-knit and high performing. Thorough training will be provided.
Daily activities include:
- Conducting face-to-face client visits (within Brisbane and at times, regional QLD).
- Assisting with client queries regarding NCI's products and services.
- Conducting demonstrations of relevant NCI's products as needed.
- Acting as an intermediary between NCI 's client and insurance providers.Assessing the needs of clients, understanding their risks, and promoting suitable insurance policies to meet those requirements.
- Comprehensive training and a detailed handover will be provided, along with a vehicle or car allowance to support your client visits.
**About you**
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Demonstrate prior experience in a face-to-face client service/customer retention role.
- Demonstrate an ability to develop rapport and relationships.
- Demonstrate experience in a professional, business to business environment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of insurance and/or trade credit (or a strong desire to learn).
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires regular touch points with your clients.
- Be able to pick up new concepts and explain them with ease to clients.
- Be a confident communicator and be comfortable working collaboratively within a small team.
