**About the Opportunity**:
Ventia has been awarded the Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) for the Government of South Australia. We are seeking a Full time SHEQ Compliance Officer for Defence and Social Infrastructure - AGFMA.

Reporting to the SHEQ manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership, advice and support for compliance and operational excellence in quality assurance matters. This role is also responsible for the implementation, monitoring and governance of the AGFMA project and Internal SHEQ programs, located in Adelaide, South Australia.

**Responsibilities are but are not limited to**
- Provide expert advice and practical solutions to support project-based personnel to ensure the effective implementation of quality and assurance management systems
- Partner with SHEQ Manager to prepare and maintain the annual Project Integrated Audit & Inspection Plan
- Schedule and conduct internal audits and action tracking to ensure compliance with Ventia requirements, and certifications/accreditations are maintained

**Experiences & Qualifications**
- 3+ years in similar industry, services or construction organisation Operational experience desirable
- Integrated SHEQ Internal Auditor
- Tertiary qualifications in OHS, science or related discipline
- Tertiary qualifications in Quality or relevant field****:

- Ability to implement SHEQ Objectives and Targets at project level
- Strong ability to articulate SHEQ strategy to operational leads
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
