**About the role**
Kanda group is currently seeking a motivated **Finance Officer** to support key financial processes including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Working closely with the Finance Coordinator, you’ll play an integral role in delivering accurate and timely finance operations that support our national services.

**Key Responsibilities**
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining up-to-date employee and client information in our systems
- Fortnightly payroll processing and reporting
- Generating and sending accurate invoices (Accounts Receivable)
- Managing debtor collections and associated reporting (Accounts Receivable)
- Processing supplier invoices (Accounts Payable), ensuring correct coding and categorisation
- Providing administrative support across the finance team
- Assisting in meeting internal and external reporting deadlines

***About You**
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and has a sharp eye for detail.
You’ll bring:

- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with payroll processing and timesheet validation
- Solid understanding of general bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with Industrial Awards (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central (highly regarded)
