**The Opportunity at Actwell Lighting**

As the NSW Sales Representative, you will be primarily contacting our established Architects and Electrical Engineer contacts. But also Interior and Lighting Designers, Builders, Electricians and Electrical Wholesalers.

**To be Successful in this Position**
The role requires strong customer service experience and prior sales experience is required. Full training is provided with a pathway leading to many other roles. **fluent English** is a Requirement for this role. You must have a **Full NSW Drivers License.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Traveling to and from architects, electrical engineers, electrical wholesalers, interior designers in the Sydney region to achieve specifications on projects for company products.
- Contacting clients to arrange meetings; and following up on potential and existing projects
- Developing new leads and opportunities in your territory
- Providing sales reports and information to assist with stock ordering and production
- Although the majority of time will be spent with clients and documenting projects, job responsibilities may occasionally include assisting with warehouse duties at various times

**Skills and Competencies**:
Experience in the lighting industry will be highly regarded but not essential. Ideal skills and competencies include:.
- Experience in sales and or customer service
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in English - spoken and written
- Friendly manner with the ability to build lasting client relations
- Dressed presentably
- Planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently yet also in a team based environment
- Basic IT skills in MS word, excel and outlook
- Full Driver’s license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
