PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a leading manufacturing company located in Parramatta and are seeking a Compliance Officer to join their welcoming and dedicated team.

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent service with customers onsite, managing contractors along with administration support.

**Your duties**:

- Onsite Audits (Various trade: Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Grounds & Gardens, Pest Control).
- Facilitate quotes, review scopes, manage budget expectations.
- Effective communication skills with customers on site.
- Managing contractors
- Ensure operations follow all relevant laws and guidelines.
- Risk assessment
- Compliance monitoring

**About you**:

- Great communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Hard working
- Ability to assess risks, solve problems and interpret data.
- Proactive in audit process
- Adherence to laws and guidelines
