This prestigious education authority, has a requirement for an Alumnae & Engagement Coordinator. Reporting to Executive Director of Marketing & Community Engagement, this role will see you supporting with a variety of activities across this faculty. Working closely with the Community Engagement team to deliver high quality events across various groups including parents association, alumnae and donors. This is a hands on role where you can grow and develop your engagement and project experience. This is an exciting role that has an impact on various groups across this highly regarded, well established school.

**The Role**:

- Work with the Executive, Marketing & Community Engagement to create the annual engagement plan
- Plan and deliver information to support the program of engagement activities with key stakeholder groups
- Manage community communications content on the website as well as relevant newsletters
- Coordinate communications across the alumnae group in order to maintain and increase engagement
- Proactively identify ways to promote the school across various networks
- Work closely with the Events Producer to organise webinars, reunions and various celebrations
- Develop open and collaborative relationships with the Parents Association and its representatives
- Support various committees in order to organise functions
- Liaise with various departments and stakeholders across the organisation
- Build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external agencies

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity including engagement, event management and project support
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Self motivated and eager to assist others
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Organised, with excellent attention to detail
