**About Austin Health Pathology**

Austin Health Pathology is a department of Austin Health providing services to Austin Health, the co-located Mercy Hospital for Women, and also to numerous GPs and Specialists in the metropolitan and regional communities.

**About the role**

**The Revenue/Biling Manager is reponsible for leading the pathology billing and collection team to maximise pathology revenue and payments whilst managing debtor performance. Austin Pathology's regional network expansion has increased the volume and complexity of billing and collection activities therefore requiring an emphasis on data integrity to ensure accurate and timely financial management reporting.**

**About you**

To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:

- Experienced knowledge of public health funding
- Demonstrated financial management skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Understanding of Medicare rules as they relate to Pathology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
