We are on the lookout for an experienced General Manager of Operations who understands and has a passion for FMCG to join us in our continued success and growth.

**What the role involves**:

- Overseeing operations for the entire food manufacturing plant
- Ensuring that there is clear communication across all departments
- Understanding and working closely with CFO to manage finances
- Delegating responsibilities across departments to ensure high level of productivity
- Identify problem areas and offering solutions
- Achieve maximum productivity and efficiency amongst the team
- Understanding of procurement, production planning and inventory management
- Wastage plan to reduce cost of produce purchased
- Other ad-hoc duties to assist the production team

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Hands-on with daily operations of the warehouse - Supply chain management, procurement, Sales & Finance etc.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong financial acumen, including understanding of P&L
- Demonstrate ability to drive cross-functional alignment and organise teams
- Self-driven and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and uncertain situations
- Strong ability to motivate and inspire staff members to make a change
- The ability to travel interstate if needed
