Despatch Supervisor

**Despatch Supervisor / Manager - Full Time**

We are looking for an experienced **Despatch Supervisor or Manager** to join our dynamic team and play a key role in keeping our logistics operations running smoothly and efficiently.

**Location**: Chester Hill
**Start Time**: 4:00 AM (some weekend work may be required occasionally)
**Employment Type**: Full Time
**Reporting to**: General Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate the despatch team to meet daily KPIs and performance standards
- Hands-on role, working in a cold storage environment
- Plan and schedule truck deliveries efficiently
- Oversee and monitor order processing to ensure timely and accurate dispatch
- Ensure all relevant documentation (delivery orders, invoices, etc.) is completed correctly
- Liaise with internal departments and store locations regarding freight, invoices, and dispatch enquiries
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimise dispatch operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a dispatch, logistics, or transport coordination role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch/logistics software
