About the role

As part of a diverse team you will help contribute to Sunnyfield’s extensive training agenda and oversee the day to day administration management of training for the organisation.

Working within a supportive team of five L&D members, you will collaborate with us at Allambie Heights head office and at our home-based offices.

Your Responsibilities:

- Ensure the L&D and PLC teams are fully supported by scheduling required training and maintaining training records
- Forecast future training events to meet organisational needs
- Provide effective LMS administration using our learning platform Cornerstone
- Manage the training team inbox and calendar, supporting the L&D team with resources to seamlessly deliver training at different locations across NSW
- Dynamically prioritise workload to ensure our communication with internal and external stakeholders is effectively managed

About You
- Experience in a similar team support or coordinator role
- Experience in administration using an LMS - desirable
- Sound computer skills using Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly refined coordination, planning, time management and administration skills
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Positive, proactive attitude, with the ability to exercise great judgement and/or seek help to solve problems
- Thrives on a busy work day and enjoys working within a collaborative team
