**About the role**
The Customer Services Coordinator is part of a small Commercial team responsible for the accurate and timely management of client information, service delivery contracts and client funding; that enables Sunnyfield service delivery teams to provide support for people with disability.
We are looking for a person who enjoys developing and using systems and processes. Someone who can thrive in a dynamic, problem solving environment. A person who shares our values and can work as part of a team with diverse skills. And someone who understands the benefit of consistency and compliance in an ever changing business environment.
Using internal help-desk, database, spreadsheet and scheduling software, as well as the Services Australia PRODA portal, the Client Services Coordinator enables Sunnyfield to claim for the support services provided to clients, and ensures compliance with organisational and NDIS requirements.
