Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Brisbane Camperland, located in Brisbane, QLD. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage a team of sales associates, develop sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining inventory, providing product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers. This position requires effective leadership and constant interaction with clients to drive sales and achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, team leadership, and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales strategies and customer satisfaction
  • Good understanding of inventory management and product presentation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools
  • Background in automotive or caravan industry is a plus
