Tooletries is an entrepreneurial company with a focus on premium men’s grooming products sold across a variety of sales channels. With a mission to take market share from large national brands like Nivea, Dove, we are looking to hire a select group of smart, creative, and fun people to help grow the business and serve our passionate customer base.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Experience**:

- ** At least 3 + years of relevant experience** in CRM management.
- Proficiency in Shopify and Klaviyo (or similar e-commerce marketing platforms).
- Affiliate management

**Reporting Structure and Company Location**

Tooletries is in the northern suburbs of Brisbane, 20 mins from the CBD. The office and warehouse are situated together which is great for office energy and seeing our products go out the door. This person will report directly to the Head of Brand but will also work closely with the other members of the creative team and digital marketing team.
