**Job Description: Field Sales Representative - Brisbane**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base in the international freight forwarding market in Brisbane.
- Conduct thorough market research specific to Brisbane to identify new business opportunities and assess customer needs within the local context.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities in Brisbane through field visits, networking, and other channels relevant to the local business landscape.
- Build and maintain enduring customer relationships, with a specific focus on clientele in Brisbane.

**Your Experience**:

- Substantial experience in international freight forwarding.
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
- Self-initiator with the ability to thrive in the field.
- Proficient in negotiating contract terms and closing agreements.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and trends within Brisbane.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the operations team to ensure flawless service delivery in the Brisbane region.

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field sales within the international freight forwarding industry, with a specific focus on Brisbane.
- In-depth knowledge of various transport modes (air, ocean, road, rail) and international trade, tailored for the Brisbane market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, tuned to the Brisbane business landscape.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close within the Brisbane market.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise, with a keen understanding of Brisbane's unique business dynamics.
