**About the Centre**:

- **Milestones Eatons Hill is located 25 minutes from Brisbane City and close to Albany Creek, Cashmere, Samford and Aspley. Our long standing, dedicated educators are committed to providing high quality care and delivering the Lifelong Learning curriculum to children 6 weeks to 5 years. Our Centre Manager who has been at the service for 10 years is searching for an ACM to add to the Centre Leadership Team in 2025. Close to public transport, schools and shopping complexes, Eatons Hill a wonderful community led service with outstanding reviews.**

**About the Role**
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

**About you**
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
