Milestones Early Learning Augustine Heights are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our supportive team.

This is primarily an off-the-floor leadership position, with the occasional on-floor support required. You will play a key role in assisting with daily operations, supporting educators and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education.

**About the Centre**:
Discover Milestones Early Learning Augustine Heights, a 149-place childcare center conveniently located near schools and public transport, featuring beautiful outdoor environments for exploration, and a dedicated team with 90% of staff having been with us for over five years.

**About the Role**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

**About you**
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
- Strong knowledge of NQF and EYLF
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to mentor and support educators while fostering a positive team environment
