Autonomous role reporting to the Executive Director. Will suit an executive officer with a broad skills set.
About the Company
This is a not-for-profit community-based organisation based in Sydney. The company provides residential, day programs and other related services for individuals experiencing drug and alcohol dependence.

Key Accountabilities:

- Manage the preparation of data collation for reporting
- Compliance of funding requirements and assisting the Executive Director with submissions and contract reporting including preparation, formatting, and distribution in consultation with the managers including any other projects as requested by the Executive Director
- Manage the funding compliance calendar to ensure funding report requirements are maintained, in particular contractual deadlines
- Perform monthly data review and analysis by producing statistical analyses and trending of data for reports and research projects
- Monitor all service/project KPI to ensure accuracy and report on trends
- Attend all Monthly Managers Meeting or other meetings as required by the Executive Director
- Complete the monthly Data and Compliance report for the Executive Director
- Oversee the data collection Coordinator's work which also includes the QI activity of the e-Learning System.

Essential requirements:

- Project Management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work autonomously and demonstrated high-level, time-management skills
- Analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Experience in grant/tender/ report writing and contract compliance
- Experience with data analysis, compliance, reporting and QI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - particularly in creating concise and accurate documents and reports
- Experience in QI and Accreditation requirements
- Experience working with confidential matters within an Executive Team

- $90-130k + Super + Salary packaging depending on experience
