**The Opportunity: Customer Service Officer at Murarrie**

We’re looking for TWO Customer Service Officers to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll provide exceptional service and ensure their vehicles are in the best hands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a welcoming, customer-friendly environment.
- Assist customers with assessments and repair inquiries.
- Manage customer interactions with care and empathy.
- Ensure smooth vehicle returns and address concerns.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced role.
- A passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers in person and over the phone.
- A team player with a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.
- Full Australian working rights.
