3M are currently recruiting for an experienced Field Service Representative to join their Health Care Business Group division. 3M are currently recruiting for an experienced Field Service Representative to join their Health Care Business Group division. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional, service technician experience with great soldering, troubleshooting, and diagnosis skills working in a great team environment.

**Responsibilities will include the following**:

- Responsible for the cleaning and quality assurance along with some technical repair work for all rental and customer-owned equipment
- Maintain, clean, and test rental equipment and customer product to KCI and WHS standards
- Ensure infection control procedures are followed in accordance with current policies and procedures
- Providing high standards of service for the team and customers by achieving KPI's
- Ensure maintenance of accurate and complete paperwork including filing

**Skills, Qualifications, and Experience**:

- Biomed training working on medical devices preferred or Background in the medical industry is ideal
- A current electrical safety testing certificate (Test and Tag) is preferred for this role
- Experience working with electrical devices
- High level of troubleshooting and diagnosis skills
- Solid computer skills
