The Role

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Field Representative to be the vital link between sales, production, and installation.

Whether you've worked in construction estimating, trade-based roles, or other site-based positions, what matters most is your attention to detail, confidence working on construction sites, tech-savviness, and ability to take precise measurements. If you're organised, enjoy problem-solving, and work well with people, you'll thrive here.

You'll also receive comprehensive on-the-job training alongside an experienced Field Representative.

This role is based at our modern Seven Hills office and reports directly to the NSW Trade & Operations Supervisor.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately measure staircase projects on-site.
  • Oversee quality control & compliance with safety standards.
  • Build strong relationships with builders, architects & clients.
  • Keep project data up to date in NetSuite.
  • Spot and drive process improvements.

About You
  • Background in construction estimating, trade work, or other site-based roles.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working on active construction sites.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools (ERP experience a plus, NetSuite desirable).
  • Trade qualification in joinery/carpentry highly regarded but not essential.
