**The Role**
We can provide you with opportunities for all of the above, helping you to shape and improve the lives of those you support - building partnerships, and inspiring them to experience possibilities which without you, would simply not be available
Working to various shift schedules, as well as irregular hours with the availability to work early mornings, occasional evenings and sometimes overnight, you will be someone who can be relied upon to make yourself available and do what’s best for the person benefiting from your service. You will be someone who is attentive, and who will be proactive in supporting, noticing and reporting changes in physical health and emotional wellbeing.
You’ll be on your own with your customer, but you won’t be alone. You’ll be part of the Amazing Procare team. You’ll join hundreds of other Support Workers and be 100% supported by our experienced office-based team, many of whom have done the job themselves, have walked in your shoes, and who share your passion, dedication, resilience and problem-solving ability in the face of the inevitable challenges that can present themselves.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum Certificate III qualification and / or relevant Disability or Aged Care experience
- Drivers License - C class, as well as your own registered vehicle
- Current National Police Clearance - less than 12 months old
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children’s Check (or able to obtain)
