**What Support is being provided**:

- Seeking caring and committed nurse to support the elderly within their community to remain living independently at home by helping them achieve daily activities such as:

- Duties Include
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Wound care
- BP vitals

**Shift Times**
- Shift times available are:

- There are variety of shift times available.

**Requirements**:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle - essential
- NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
- First Aid Certificate
