If this is you Get in touch with us todayAbout the role:Your role is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to:Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support with the aim of assisting clients to successfully improve their physical and mental health.Has an initiative to plan clients' activities and other social outings.Develop connections with the community and achieve their goals.Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.Willing to be on-call and travel to different areas.This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability.Send your resume to hr@ahsnursingagency.com or call 1800 814 778 to discuss further.
