ABOUT US

Flowcrete is an established manufacturer of truck mounted, line and trailer pumps to the concrete pumping industry of Australia and New Zealand.

We are looking to employ a mechanically minded individual for the busy position of Spare Parts Interpreter. You will need to display a high level of computer knowledge along with proven ability to interpret parts efficiently while instilling confidence in our customers.

JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE

  • Ensure all spare parts are available as required by the Service team and our Customers.

  • Coordinate the storage and allocation of spare parts to the Service team.

  • Dispatch of spare parts to customers and Branches using appropriate couriers.

  • Use our internal system in all invoicing and transferring transactions.

KEY SKILLS

· Tertiary, trade or or minimum two years experience in a similar position

· Excellent computer skills and verbal communication skills

· Excellent phone manner with friendly, positive attitude

· Demonstrated organisational and time management skills

· The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously

KEY ACTIVITIES

· Monitor spare part stock and coordinate new orders with the Purchasing Officer

· Carry out all invoicing using our ERP system.

· Ensure all parts are dispatched are as per customer or branch orders.

· Issuance of parts to the Service team.

· Invoice service jobs prior to unit being collected by the customer.

· Minimise 'out of stock' situations

· Ensure store is tidy and clean.

· Assist and fill in for the Purchasing Officer as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

  • Driver Licence (Required)
  • Forklift Licence (Preferred)
