We're looking for an experienced Estimator/Customer Service Representative with Applicad/Roof Wizard skills to join our Sydney team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for preparing detailed quotes and material take-offs using Applicad/Roof Wizard, liaising with customers, and coordinating with our production and sales teams.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Produce accurate estimates from drawings and plans
  • Provide technical advice and product support to customers
  • Process orders efficiently and follow them through to completion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timelines are met

About You

You're organised, methodical, and confident communicating with customers and colleagues.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience using Applicad/Roof Wizard
  • Background in roofing, sheetmetal, or estimating
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to support the team
