**Your new company**
Your new company is a successful heavy equipment supplier, located in Archerfield. They supply through sales and hire across Australia and internationally. This company focuses on quality, excellent customer service, and providing a supportive and friendly environment for their staff.

**Your new role**
Looking for a National Service and Warranty Administrator to join the team in a permanent, full-time capacity. This exciting role will involve travel, you will be required to travel for one week, every 1 - 2 months. Your role will involve:

- Responding to national sales administration on machine scheduling, update on quote variations, parts supply, or delays.
- Raise purchase orders, invoice customers
- Assist with end of month reporting
- Warranty tasks, registrations, and liaison
- General administration as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience with warranty / service administration is advantageous
- Parts and scheduling experience is advantageous
- Willingness to learn, positive attitude
- Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Suite
