Warranty Administrator

As a Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Asset Services Team.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced warranty administrator to manage claims and parts effectively. The successful candidate will have expertise in warranty administration and technical knowledge of components, diagnostics, and manufacturer policies.

  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of warranty and goodwill policies and technical requirements for successful claims.
  • Apply expert understanding of rebuilds, components, diagnostics, and cost repair/quote analysis.
  • Leverage enterprise systems like JDE and MS Project to track claims and parts and manage workflows efficiently.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a warranty and/or maintenance management role.
  • Mechanical trade qualifications and experience in external repair and warranty functions.
  • Exposure to maintenance management and expertise in component repair and cost analysis.
