**Role Overview**:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the marketing team to execute innovative campaigns, analyze performance data, and support various marketing initiatives. Your creative flair and data-driven approach will contribute to our goal of driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion rates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.

- Assist with the coordination of events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, either through internships, coursework, or prior roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis and comfortable working with tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
