**The Role**
We are on the hunt for a detail-oriented and proactive **Warehouse Coordinator** to join our operations team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse - from managing inventory and coordinating freight, to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders
- Oversee receipt and put-away of incoming goods
- Maintain precise inventory through stock takes and cycle counts
- Coordinate freight and resolve logistics issues
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Manage warehouse staff schedules
- Optimise warehouse layout and bin locations
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and safety

**What You Bring**
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Confident using WMS and inventory systems
- Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Ability to lead by example and motivate others
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Forklift license and/or experience in warehouse layout planning

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Warehouse distribution: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
