About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pick Packer / Team Leader to join our team in Cranbourne West - a 12,000 sqm facility housing over 3,500 products. This is a hands-on leadership role within our logistics and distribution team, responsible for overseeing and actively contributing to the picking and packing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily picking and packing activities
  • Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time
  • Provide hands-on support and training to team members
  • Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or discrepancies
  • Communicate performance expectations and provide feedback to staff
  • Support a positive, safety-focused culture
  • As this is a hands-on role, you are required to pick and pack orders

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual warehouse tasks
  • Full working rights in Australia
