Busy Bees at Mermaid Waters is a 98 place service located in the heart of the Gold Coast in Queensland, in the lookout for a new Lead Educator in the Junior Kindy room who is passionate, creative and dedicated.

- A current and valid BlueCard.-
- First Aid & CPR certificate.Skills and Attributes- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS)-
- Capability to guide, mentor and provide direction to other educators in the learning environment.-
- Experience in designing, implementing and assessing educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children.-
- Ability to work in partnership with other educators, support staff and external professionals to enhance children's learning and wellbeing.-
- Previous experience in a Lead Educator, Room Leader or similar role in an early childhood setting.-
- Proficiency in using Storypark for children's documentation, communication with families and educational planning.Have a Bee-autiful day
