What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)- Current Working With Children Check- First Aid Certification (including Asthma & Anaphylaxis)

Essential Skills & Attributes- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS- Confident and inspiring leadership and mentoring skills- Excellent verbal and written communication- Ability to create, implement, and evaluate engaging programs- Collaborative, team-first mindset

Desirable- Previous experience as a Lead Educator / Room Leader- Inclusive practices for children with additional needs- Proficiency with planning and documentation software- Experience working with allied health or external support professionals
