Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage an APS6 Project Coordinator on a contract for 11 months with potential extension.

**Position Overview**

**Key Accountabilities**:

- This role includes coordinating meeting arrangements, reports and papers for governance and other working groups including steering committees, project boards, project reporting for executive groups, and contribute to the RTPO maintaining stakeholder and vendor relationships to ensure project deliverables are met.
- This role prepares and maintains project related documentation, including sourcing, collating and quality assuring information for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to contribute to achievement of the project outcomes and identification of emerging issues. This also includes supporting the project managers with monitoring steering committee/s actions are completed, finance and budget management, decision registers, reporting and records management.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar project support role
- Coordinating meetings, committees and working groups including production of agendas, minutes and managing records.
- Strong written communication skills, demonstrated organisation skills and attention to detail
- Development and maintenance of stakeholder relationships
- Experience as a team player able to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment and willing to help out
- Administration of SharePoint/MS Teams
- Experience with Microsoft Office products to an advanced level
- Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement to achieve quality outcomes.

- Show satisfactory completion of a criminal history check
- Provide evidence of identity
- Commit to working in the office at least three days a week; the Commission’s agile working offer is an opportunity for staff to work a 3/2 day split between any Commission office and working from home.
