**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated **Duty Manager - Food and Beverage** to join our resort team. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth coordination between staff, and a memorable experience for our guests. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality management and delivering quality guest service in a vibrant resort environment.

**About You***:
To succeed in this role, you must have:

- Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to oversee daily operations, staff rostering, and stock control
- Hands-on approach with the ability to work alongside your team during busy periods
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, or willingness to obtain
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and public holidays
- A current valid driver’s licence is essential
