**About Us**:

**Discovery Parks, Rottnest Island** features 83-luxury tents across several service levels, a resort style pool and Pinky’s restaurant offering inside and outside dining areas with spectacular views.
**The Role**:
Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Train, and support the housekeeping team, fostering a positive team culture
- Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring that all areas are adequately stocked.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
**What we're looking for**:
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role is essential
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on priorities and guest needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- A current valid drivers license is essential

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
