Up to $71,000 + (Up to $8,165 per annum - 11.50%) + $5,000 Food and Beverage allowance.

Are you ready to take on a management role where you can make a difference, develop lifelong skills, and grow within a well-established business? We're offering a full-time **Assistant Manager** position with a competitive income of up to $71,000 per annum, not including super, bonus, and additional incentives

In this role, you’ll be working hands-on with team members, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly. This is an exceptional opportunity for those with leadership ambition to progress as far as they wish within the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a safe and inclusive environment for employees and customers alike
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety Legislation
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient and accurate completion
- Manage inventory to keep each area fully stocked on every shift
- Address customer inquiries and ensure excellent service is delivered
- Set performance goals with team members and inspire them to achieve these goals

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to achieving outcomes
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work well within a team and lead by example
- Previous management experience or hospitality/fast-food experience is an advantage but not essential
- **If you have genuine interest in learning leadership and have a positive attitude towards learning, no prior management experience is needed.**:

- Ability to travel to various restaurant locations within the Toowoomba region

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $71,000.00 per year

- The M&H Ward Grop Operates 7 Restaurants through the Darling Downs Region with the furthest away from the center of Toowoomba being Westbrook or Highfields, do you have the ability to work at all stores we own and operate?
- Managers are provided with 4 weeks worth of rosters at a time, providing you with clear certainty, however, it is a rotating roster, and as such, you are required to be available 24/7 - Are you able to commit to this?
