**The role** As a labourer/personnel hoist operator, you will have a great opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial projects. Reporting directly to the Site Manager and or safety officer, you will be responsible for:

- Operation of personnel hoist
- General labouring duties
- Assisting the Site Manager with establishing and maintaining a safe, workable and professionally presented work site
- Comply with all QHSE policies and procedures relating to the Company’s operations
- Support the project team in relation to the implementation and ongoing development of the projects safety management plan

**To be considered for this position, you will have**:
Current hoist operator certificate

White Card

Reliable transport

A strong work ethic

Be physically fit and ready for work

Show good initiative

Great communication skills

Commercial construction experience

Must be able to provide a satisfactory reference(s)

**Desirable Tickets/ Licences**

Hoist operator certificate

Current fist aid (desired)

High Risk Work Licence (desired)

Work Zone Traffic Management (desired)

Scissor Lift ticket (desired)

Working at Heights ticket (desired)
