Workfast are looking for an **Accounts Administrator** to join their clients construction team in **Prospect, NSW**.

**The numbers**
- **$36 per hour plus Superannuation**:

- 5 day weeks
- Ongoing work
- 8 hour days
- Minimum 38 hours a week

**What you need**
- Experience with MYOB and Pronto ERP desirable
- Warehouse/Logistics background preferred
- Excellent communication skills to work within the team and external stakeholders
- Intermediate Microsoft Office/Excel skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to complete a high volume of reconciliations
- High level of attention to detail
- Reliable and hardworking
- Willing to take a pre-employment medical and police check

**What you will be doing**
- Customer signed contract management
- Documentation preparation
- Finalise monthly invoices (Hire, Sales, Additional Charge & Transport and Report Summary)
- Container management arrival as per orders and entry of stock
- Transport accounting management quotations and invoices from transport companies
- Submitting invoices for approval
- Reimbursement forms
- Assist and support needs of the company
- Check and control of supplier invoices
- Providing excellent customer service by professionally and timely responding to queries, ensuring internal customer service levels are maintained at exceptionally high standards
