**Your new company**

This well-established, internationally recognised agency operates across Australasia and is hosted by a leading Federal Government department. It is responsible for ensuring over 3000 individual practitioners adhere to environmental and non-environmental laws in the delivery of their services and products.

**Your new role**

The primary purpose of this role if to provide high-level executive support within the leadership team. Helping to ensure the organisation’s purpose and objectives are met through implementing a strategic plan. You will be:

- preparing high level briefings, reports and position papers to senior leadership
- assisting the CEO to implement the 2 year Strategic Plan
- managing the business of the organisation in accordance with regulated requirements

**What you'll need to succeed**

You’ll be a proactive individual who is able to work autonomously. With prior experience working in Federal Government, this will be supported by:

- strong communication and negotiation skills with respect to stakeholder engagement
- an ability to manage and deliver strategic projects
- a comprehensive knowledge of Australian Public Service administrative requirements
- an ability to manage reform and change
- experience in a regulatory organisation would be advantageous
