The Admin - Quality & Compliance at Hands on People Pty Ltd is responsible for supporting the organisation’s quality, compliance, and risk management systems. This role ensures that policies, procedures, and records are maintained to meet the requirements of the NDIS Practice Standards, internal audit frameworks, and external regulatory obligations.

**Your duties will include but not limited to**:

- Maintain and version control the Policy & Procedure register
- Ensure all staffs have access to the required portals
- Assist in conducting internal audits
- Assist in monitoring compliance with the NDIS Standards, SCHADS Awards, WHS & other relevant legislation.
- Record keeping and maintain registers.
- Address complaints and log them accordingly.
- Ensure smooth operation of business by making sure quality and compliance standards are met.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Administrative experience with genuine passion for high-standard work delivery.
- Knowledge of NDIS regulations, compliance and quality assurance standards.
- Multitasking abilities with time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and record-keeping abilities.
- Proficient in the full suite of Office 365.
- Current unrestricted driver’s license
- Valid NDIS Card
- Valid Blue Card

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in a similar role for a minimum of 1 year.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
