Optiva Group is a growing organisation delivering services across Inclusive Employment Australia, National Panel of Assessors and Allied Health Services. As we enter an exciting growth phase, we're seeking an experienced Quality, Compliance & Performance Manager to build and embed best-practice systems across the group.

This is not a maintenance role. It's a hands-on opportunity to design frameworks from the ground up and have real influence.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the design, implementation and oversight of quality, compliance and performance frameworks across multiple Optiva Group entities.

You'll ensure the organization is audit-ready, contract-aligned and continuously improving, while building capability across teams. This role blends strategic oversight with practical execution and will suit someone who thrives on autonomy, influence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and embed group-wide quality, compliance and governance frameworks
  • Develop policies, procedures, registers and supporting tools
  • Establish audit readiness, evidence frameworks and continuous assurance
  • Lead internal audits and manage external auditor and regulator relationships
  • Ensure alignment with IEA, NPA, NSDS, RFFR and relevant ISO standards
  • Develop performance reporting, dashboards and improvement initiatives
  • Identify and manage risks, trends and opportunities across service delivery
  • Build capability through training, coaching and practical guidance
  • Partner with stakeholders to embed accountability and best practice

About You

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality, compliance and performance roles is required
  • Demonstrated senior oversight role experience in government-funded programs and regulatory environments is essential
  • Proven experience building systems and frameworks from the ground up
  • Demonstrated audit preparation and management experience
  • Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence, coach and engage at all levels
  • Experience in employment, disability, allied health and/or assessment services
  • Experience across multi-entity or group structures highly regarded
