**About the role**

As the Regional Work Health and Safety (WHS) Manager, you will be the driving force behind building a strong safety culture across TAFE NSW regional operations. You are an experienced WHS leader who is motivated to influence culture and embed safe practices across a complex and dispersed organisation. Resilient and adaptable, you thrive in a dynamic regional environment and can balance competing priorities with composure.

A natural communicator and collaborator, you are able to engage effectively with executives, teachers, frontline staff and contractors, adapting your style to different audiences and building trusted relationships. You are committed to developing and motivating teams, providing professional guidance and inspiring others to prioritise safety. Most importantly, you bring integrity, courage and a genuine passion for creating safe, inclusive and supportive workplaces that not only ensure compliance but also enhance the wellbeing of staff, students and the broader community.
